The Quilter Partners franchise launch is the company's response to "increasing pressure and increasing challenges" in the consolidator market, says chief distribution officer Steve Gazard. It sits between its Financial Planning Network and its national, Quilter Financial Advisers, but is not a completely fresh approach.
