Some 366 days ago the first Covid-19 lockdown mandated working from home for millions. Overnight advisers and other financial planning employees said goodbye to face-to-face client meetings, the daily commute and watercooler moments. They were quickly replaced by more casual attire, Teams meetings and the constant ping of Whatsapp messages through the working day (and perhaps into the evening) be that in living rooms, kitchens or home offices for those lucky enough to have them.
