Watch on demand: Consumer Duty Masterclass Day 2

Here is your chance to watch the second of a three-part series exploring Consumer Duty and what it will mean for you and your business.

Over three days last month, Professional Adviser was joined by regulatory experts from Bankhall for specialist sessions covering the six principles of the new regulation.

In this event, we spoke about the steps you need to take to ensure you are compliant with each principle.

The second session kicked-off with a deep dive on customer understanding and customer support. Our experts covered how you can demonstrate that you have helped your customers make informed decisions, as well as how you can ensure that you have identified the needs of each of your individual customers and removed any potential barriers.

In the second half of this session, we looked at how you can best support vulnerable customers under the new regulation.
