British Friendly extends wills and power of attorney service

The Legal for Life service, provided by Epoq Legal, is available through the income protection provider's mutual benefits offering, and it can now be accessed to create multiple documents - on a discretionary basis - by both members and their families. According to a protection survey by adviser firm Drewberry, almost one in three respondents admit they do not have a will in place, with just over half (55%) of those over 55 owning a will.
