Caerus firm leaves for Beaufort after Intrinsic acquisition

Was 'courted by a number of networks and consolidators'

Innovate Wealth Management has joined adviser partnership Beaufort after its previous network Caerus was taken over by Intrinsic in June.

The Mansfield-based IFA has joined the national partnership of IFAs as an appointed representative bringing with it 300 corporate and private clients and £15m assets under management. As part of the deal Innovate re-branded to Beaufort Financial. Principal adviser Paul Hyde (pictured, centre-right) said a number of networks and consolidators had "courted" the firm prior to its move. "We decided to join Beaufort because of their focus on combining the ‘art' of understanding clients' financial goals and aspirations, along with the ‘science' of identifying the best solutions to meet them...
