Consolidator snaps up Ferguson Hill Asset Management

Fairstone has expanded its operation in Northern Ireland with the acquisition of Belfast-based financial planning and wealth management firm Ferguson Hill Asset Management.

Ferguson Hill, based in the Ballyhackamore area of Belfast, offers a range of financial planning and wealth management services including investment advice, financial planning and tax advice to both individual and corporate clients. With three financial advisers and a chartered financial planner, the firm has £135m in client assets under management. Headed by director and principal Stephen Hill, Ferguson Hill Asset Management first partnered with Fairstone in March 2024 through its downstream buy out (DBO) programme.
