Canaccord Wealth acquires EFG's wealth business

Snaps up £3.1bn AUM EFG Harris Allday

Canaccord Wealth has entered into an agreement to acquire the front office teams and client assets of EFG’s wealth division, EFG Harris Allday.

Currently operating as a division of EFG Private Bank, which is part of EFG International, EFG Harris Allday is a UK-based wealth management business focused on affluent clients predominantly in the Midlands. The EFG Harris Allday team looks after approximately £3.1bn in client assets and generated annual revenue of £20.3m in the year ended December 31, 2025.
