Consolidation has in recent years become a prominent feature of the UK's wealth management market. While consolidation is not a new development, the number of deals and the scale of the transactions has markedly increased. Larger and medium-sized firms are acquiring smaller firms at speed, and at the top end of the sector, we're seeing significant deals.
