We have a persistent problem when it comes to women and their finances. Women are less likely to be confident about their retirement, be informed about actual or potential changes that could impact their retirement planning and are less likely to take action on their retirement savings where it may be needed. Our latest Retirement Confidence Index showed women at a confidence level of 3.8 out of 10 compared to men who scored 4.6.
