In today's digital world, impressions are often formed and reformed online. Your online presence is one of the first ways clients (individual, business or introducer) form an opinion of you. Alongside this, you still want to remain visible to existing clients, this becomes even more important during a trigger event as plenty of research demonstrates one in three individuals don't retain the same adviser.
