It is interesting, and in some cases concerning, to see the way that clients have changed how they communicate over the course of 2020. Some of the changes are stark. We have experienced that, in some instances, normally communicative souls have become quiet as the months have passed. We aim to speak and communicate with as many as possible, as is our modus operandi; however, the constant bleak news has rather dampened many spirits, irrespective of age or gender.
