As the coronavirus lockdown period continues, Nick Eatock explains why cooperation has never been so important...

So here we are, at the start of April 2020, and I'm writing this from lockdown. The UK has suddenly moved on from being consumed by Brexit to being fixated by the coronavirus. Social distancing, self-isolation and Covid-19 are now part of our everyday language. It's a strange and unsettling situation for everyone. To get through it, I think we need to look for the nuggets of hope. It's not possible to keep doing things as normal, so let's take this opportunity to try to change the way we do things for the better.
