One of the most rewarding elements of my work as a financial planner has always been the direct client engagement. It continues to be the best, even if for safety this is currently not face-to-face, but remote by telephone, email, and the like. Each client is unique, different and diverse, bringing with them different perspectives, views, opinions and issues that need to be addressed.
