Hands up who among you thought there would be such wide-ranging changes to pensions in the 2014 Budget? Us neither. One area that stands out is the issue of the guidance guarantee. The consultation on the guidance guarantee that was announced in the Budget was published on the same day, within the consultation on the all the changes proposed for April 2015.
