I am talking to lots of IFAs at the moment about their plans to transition their businesses to take advantage of the post RDR environment.

The great news is that less and less are burying their heads in the sand and ignoring what I believe to be a wonderful opportunity to embrace change. As professional business people, most IFAs have got good ideas but it seems that some may be in danger of making the mistake of starting the transition process at the wrong time.
