Distraction, the enemy of profit!

For any business, regardless of sector, it is always easy to become distracted and lose focus on your key profitable operation. But, for businesses or managers that allow themselves to get severely distracted away from their main business operation, there will ultimately be a heavy price to be paid in lost profit & progress.

Sadly, especially in financial services, businesses become distracted all too often, for a variety of reasons. There are lots of distractions to be avoided, for example, it is all too common to see a perfectly good business plunged into turmoil simply because a director, partner or key member of staff decides to leave.
