The Platforms Association launches UK's first transfers charter

Designed to modernise investment transfers

The Platforms Association has launched the UK’s first transfers charter, designed as a co-ordinated industry commitment to modernise how investments are transferred between platforms.

Bringing together 40 organisations from across the transfers ecosystem, including 24 platforms, the charter establishes a programme of tangible improvements and a clear implementation roadmap aiming to transform the customer end-to-end transfer journey for ISA, pension and general investment accounts.
