Beckett IM sees majority PE stake sold to WestBridge

Sees majority exit from Foresight Group

Private equity firm WestBridge has agreed to make a majority investment in Beckett Investment Management Group (Beckett), subject to regulatory approval.

Following the deal, which is the fifth investment from WestBridge's private equity fund WestBridge III, Peter Barkley and Luke Gilbert will join the board as directors. Madeleine Finn will become a board observer and coordinate value creation initiatives.  The WestBridge transaction team also comprised Guy Davies, Zoe Shan, Rory Whitrow and Matt Williams.
