West Country firms achieve CISI chartered status

Two advisory businesses, Dean Stevens Wealth Management and William Highbourne Wealth Management, have achieved chartered firm status from the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Dean Stevens WM is based in Cornwall and William Highbourne WM operates in Devon. Chartered status is awarded to firms that have demonstrated "commitment to the highest standards of professionalism," the CISI said. CISI CEO Tracy Vegro said: "We are delighted to welcome Dean Stevens and William Highbourne to our global community of select firms holding chartered firm status. "This is a powerful signal to consumers that a financial firm is demonstrably committed to upholding the highest professional standards, and the delivery of top-tier, professional advice."
