Clifton Wealth Partnership acquires two South Wales IFAs

Banyard Independent Advice Services and Wilcox Financial Planning add £68m AUM

South Wales independent financial planning firms - Banyard Independent Advice Services and Wilcox Financial Planning - have joined Clifton Wealth Partnership (CWP).

The two new additions add £68m in AUM and 300 new clients to CWP and will help to grow the firm's presence in South Wales.  Each of the firms' owners will stay on at CWP for a two-year transition period to help support clients through the handover. Banyard Independent Advice Services was formed by husband-and-wife duo Mark and Jane Banyard in 2016. Each had worked in financial services for decades before deciding to set up their own firm.
