Women in Financial Advice Awards judges Gillian Hepburn and Sam Slator joined PA deputy editor Jenna Brown in the studio to share their tips on what makes an entry stand out from the crowd.

  The two senior industry figures - Hepburn is head of UK adviser solutions and sales at Vanguard and Slator is head of marketing at Gravis – spoke about their reasons for repeatedly taking part in the judging process as well as sharing their tips and insight on what makes a judge sit up and take notice of a particular entry to the awards. Now in their ninth year, the awards are designed to celebrate the achievements of women working within the financial advice community and across the UK financial services sector.
