Tatton-backed Absolute adds first IFA through partnership programme

St George’s Financial Services has become the first IFA to join Tatton and private equity-backed consolidator Absolute Financial Group (Absolute) through the latter’s ‘partnership programme’.

Hampshire-based St George's Financial Services and employees at the business will continue to work under its brand, with "support" from Absolute, the consolidator shared today (23 April). Under the Absolute partnership program, Absolute has made an initial investment in St George's Financial Services. It has further agreed a buyout plan that will see it buy the business' remaining share capital at a later date, providing a long-term exit plan.
