Quilter adds AI into 'day-to-day' advice operations

AI and digital use 'becoming essential'

Quilter Financial Planning is working with Aveni to roll-out AI into “day-to-day” advice operations, using Aveni Assist.

Aveni Assist has been deployed to all advisers across the Quilter network, the group confirmed this morning (24 March). Currently, the tool is intended to assist advisers in recording, transcribing and summarising client meetings and agreed actions. It can also capture information from meetings, both face-to-face and online, intended to help advised focus on conversations rather than note taking, according to Quilter.
