The cost to serve remains the ‘Achilles heel’ of the financial advice profession, delegates heard.

Speaking at its ‘Unlocking Trusted Advice' conference today (10 February), Dynamic Planner CEO Ben Goss spoke on the firm's vision to close the advice gap across the UK. Dynamic Planner has unveiled a series of artificial intelligence (AI), engagement and data upgrades to its digital advice platform, aiming to allow advisers to spend more time with clients and minimise time spent on administration and analysis.
