Speculation has been rife since the chancellor announced the date of the Autumn Budget back in September.

Conjecture over Rachel Reeves' pension announcements in the Budget, which is being announced in parliament on 26 November, includes potential changes to salary sacrifice – after it was reported Reeves was looking at removing salary sacrifice on national insurance contributions (NICs) over £2,000. Other possible reform being predicted includes changes to pensions tax relief and the introduction of a levy on pension funds.
