Financial advisers have been urged to track down the next generation of talent early, delegates heard.

Speaking at the Personal Finance Society's (PFS) annual conference today (13 November), panellists Clear Cut Financial Planning Chartered financial planner Jane Gow, Bowcliffe Wealth Management financial adviser Ollie Hynd, Coventry University associate professor Dr Lien Luu and Charlotte Watson Financial Planning founder Charlotte Watson each represented a different pathway into financial planning and spoke on the importance of closing the talent gap in financial advice.
