Advice business owners reveal if they have considered introducing an app

The majority (60%) of advice respondents have not considered introducing an app for their business, PA Asks has revealed.

In Professional Adviser's most recent PA Asks survey, out of our 40 respondents, 60% said they have not considered introducing an app. Meanwhile, just over a quarter (27.5%) said they do have an app, 5% said they are looking to introduce one, 2.5% said they have considered introducing an app but have not gone through with it, and 5% are unsure. One pundit from a firm said "no thank you" to the idea of introducing a financial advice app. Another said there is no demand for an app. "Many clients don't use the portal se set up for them," they shared.
