Through wealth manager’s ‘Early Careers’ programme

Wealth manager Quilter has welcomed a new cohort of interns as part of its ‘Early Careers’ programme, aiming to support the next generation of professionals looking to begin a career in wealth management.

After receiving more than 1,200 applications, the programme has enrolled eight interns across several business areas who will embark on a year of "hands-on learning, collaboration, and professional development". Four interns have joined Quilter Cheviot and will rotate between fund research, operations, front office and responsible investment, and will obtain a Level 1 Investment Operations Certificate over the course of the year-long programme.
