iPipeline has acquired Origo after getting the go ahead from the UK Competition and Markets Authority and requisite regulatory approvals.
The deal, it said, would expand the life assurance specialist's presence in the wealth and retirement market. iPipeline said it had a vision to enhance connection throughout financial services.
