Jonathan Sorrell officially succeeds Paul Stockton as Rathbones Group CEO

Jonathan Sorrell has received the necessary regulatory approvals to succeed Paul Stockton as Rathbones Group CEO.

In an update from the business today (18 August), Rathbones confirmed that Sorrell will join the boards of the group and Rathbones Investment Management with immediate effect. Stockton will step down as group CEO and his board roles from today. Rathbones said that he will remain available for handover support thereafter until 31st December 2025. This comes after Stockton announced his retirement on 20 March this year.
