Continuum managing partner Martin Brown to retire

After more than a decade leading the firm

Martin Brown, founder and managing partner of financial advice firm Continuum, is to retire at the end of August after more than a decade leading the business.

Brown will step down from his role at the end of the month, with Jim Reeve, Continuum's current non-executive director and chair, set to become interim managing partner, subject to regulatory approval. Reeve will take up the role in September while M&G Advice, which owns Continuum, searches for a permanent successor. Brown will remain involved with the business during a transition period until the end of 2026.
