The proportion of highly vulnerable clients has fallen, Dynamic Planner research has suggested.

Analysis of the software firm's latest Financial Wellbeing Questionnaire found that 3.09% of clients were highly vulnerable "in terms of their resilience" between 2024 and 2025. This fell from 6.26% from 2023 to 2024. Dynamic Planner found that the proportion of clients with moderate vulnerabilities also fell year-on-year across the four characteristics of health, life events, resilience and capability.
