CII corporate Chartered status pilot expected in autumn

The Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) is expected to launch its corporate Chartered status pilot in the autumn as it considers an overhaul of current rules, Professional Adviser understands.

The CII kicked off a consultation with its financial planning and insurance corporate Chartered members earlier this year, in addition to engaging with firms that have previously expressed an interest in becoming Chartered. It is understood that the group ran a series of eight digital townhalls in recent weeks, with 200 out of 700 firms electing to join the sessions.
