Foster Denovo CEO Brosch: Other consolidators get it 'wrong' on people

Advice firm targets ‘another three to five’ deals this year

Firms must be focused on their people when a mergers and acquisitions deal arise and this is where some consolidators could be going wrong, Foster Denovo CEO Roger has said.

Speaking exclusively to Professional Adviser, Brosch highlighted the importance of firms getting to know businesses and their people from a personal point of view before acquiring them. He explained that assessing culture is important. "I'm not sure that people understand what culture actually means," Brosch said. "The most important thing to a business is culture."
