Shackleton adds £200m in assets with PK Financial Planning buy

Acquires financial planning, employee benefits and DFM businesses

Shackleton has bought London-based financial advice firm PK Financial Planning adding £200m in assets as its expansion continues.

The deal included PK Employee Benefits, a division of PK Financial Planning, and its discretionary fund management arm, PK Wealth. Shackleton, a London-headquartered Chartered financial advice and wealth management firm, rebranded from Skerritts in December 2024. It's ‘buy and build' strategy is funded by a 2021 £55m investment from Sovereign Capital Partners. The PK deal is the firm's 17th acquisition since its private equity-backing.
