Phoenix Insights forms panel to meet in early 2025

Phoenix Insights has invited consumers to engage in debate around the idea of targeted support in early 2025.

The firm said this work aims to "bring an informed consumer voice into the debate" and "enable consumers to make a meaningful and essential contribution on targeted support, considering how this works for them as individuals and for society at large". Phoenix Insights is establishing a consumer advisory panel, working with research specialists Community Research.
