Evergreen by Calton has welcomed its first group of self-employed financial planners.
The brainchild of former Verve Foundation head Hayley Rabbets, set up in April this year, is a pathway for planners designed to accommodate them at any stage of their career. This can include those who are newly qualified and starting out with their first clients, mid-career and growing or well-established and looking towards succession planning. Six planners, from a diverse range of financial services backgrounds, have joined Evergreen so far.
