In a recent Professional Adviser poll, we asked advisers how they are planning to grow their firm.

One respondent said they are planning to bring on another adviser. On a similar note, another pundit said they want to grow by taking on more Chartered advisers and "maintain quality of service/advice but be very mindful of our capacity challenges". Meanwhile, another said they aim to grow by "drastically" reducing the number of clients and offering a more comprehensive service. Interestingly, our latest PA Asks poll also revealed that 66% of advisers have not taken on more clients than usual over the past year.
