Wren Sterling makes third deal this year adding £450m in assets

National IFA Wren Sterling has completed the acquisition of In Focus Group.

The acquisition of Fareham-based In Focus Group will add £450m of assets and 2,500 clients to the Wren Sterling Group. Following the deal, the firm's Fareham office will become Wren Sterling's new Solent office on the south coast. Nine advisers and ten support team members will transfer to the Wren Sterling Group. In Focus Group is led by managing director Nick Stewart and is comprised of two other companies previously acquired by In Focus - Certus and Hughes Carne.
