‘Limited awareness means the gap in future talent is widening’

Only 4% of UK workers have considered being a financial adviser, St James’s Place (SJP) and Indeed have found.

"Just 4% of us have considered a career in financial advice, despite the chance to work flexibly, earn comfortably and make a real difference," SJP Financial Adviser Academy partnerships manager Gee Foottit said. "Limited awareness of our profession means the gap in future talent for our sector is widening, so we need to change that and through the academy we're playing our part."
