Hoxton Capital AUM tops £1.3bn with double IFA acquisition

International independent financial advisory firm Hoxton Capital Management has acquired two UK IFAs.

The first acquisition is of Dudley-based Alpha Financial Services, which has £80m worth of assets under management (AUM) and serves more than 300 families and corporate clients across the West Midlands. The acquisition gives Hoxton its first office in the region.
