‘We say to clients that this is going to be tech-led proposition’

What makes True Potential different is its ability to build technology around its clients, its chief executive Daniel Harrison told delegates.

Speaking at NextWealth Live 2024, Harrison said that True Potential thrives on its ability to offer technology that can be tailored to the individual client. He explained: "Where we are different to most, not all, is that we build tech for our own clients. "We say to clients that this is going to be tech-led proposition." Although, Harrsion noted that the firm reminds its clients that someone is always on hand in person to help them if that is required.
