There is no shortage of rumours flying around about potential changes to policy in today’s (5 March) Spring Budget – the last before the next general election.

Jeremy Hunt is set to appear before the House of Commons later today to unveil his second Spring Budget as chancellor amid one of the most volatile periods of geopolitical tension in recent years. Inheritance tax (IHT), the non-dom tax regime, ISA reform, workplace pension investment changes, capital gains tax and National Insurance (NI) cuts are all possible vehicles for change in this afternoon's budget.
