Atomos sweeps up two more advice firms to close out 2023

Firms in Devon and Surrey to be integrated by the end of March

Wealth manager Atomos has today (19 December) confirmed its acquisition of Plymouth-based Shore Financial Planning and Reigate firm Define Wealth.

The two firms are on track to be integrated into Atomos Financial Planning by the end of Q1 2024 and are central within the wealth manager's plans for expanding its geographical footprint. The deals will bring the total number of offices across the UK to 17. "This is an exciting time for Atomos as we scale up and grow," Atomos chief commercial officer Christopher Kraft said. "We are delighted to welcome the highly experienced teams at Shore Financial Planning and Defined Wealth to the Atomos fold."
