Evelyn Partners buys tax specialist practice Harwood Hutton

Latest professional services deal takes tally to five in 2023

Evelyn Partners has acquired Beaconsfield-based tax adviser and accountancy firm Harwood Hutton taking its professional services buyout total to five this year.

Harwood Hutton, established in 1957, provides clients with a range of personal and business tax and accountancy services and has a particular expertise working with owner-managed, entrepreneurial businesses. The Buckinghamshire-based business employs 70 people.
