Foster Denovo confirms new acquisition deal for Hampshire advice firm

Texas-based Crestline Investors sunk funding into the facilitator last year

Foster Denovo has acquired Hampshire-based advice firm Creative Financial Solutions.

The deal - announced today (13 November) - comes six weeks after its purchase of Newcastle firm Wade Financial, though both remain subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval. The national IFA said its purchase of Creative Financial Solutions was a "significant milestone" on its mission to build a strong presence in the South East. The firm advises on £110m of assets on behalf of 245 family units in both London and the home counties and was established in 2000.
