EV launches hybrid advice solution for AIB planning arm

First phase of ‘next generation hybrid advice solution’

EV has launched the first phase of a “next generation hybrid advice solution” as part of a joint venture between Allied Irish Bank (AIB) and Great-West Lifeco.

The UK-based financial planning software provider said the project would drive digital efficiencies and consistency in advice provision to AIB Life clients. AIB Life is a new joint venture between AIB and Great-West Lifeco. EV explained that under the long-term agreement with AIB Life it would build a hybrid advice solution that delivers a "digital financial planning service encompassing adviser-led journeys".
