Close Brothers Asset Management opens office in Birmingham

Expansion of advice and investment offering across the Midlands

Close Brothers Asset Management (CBAM) has revealed the opening of its new ‘full-service’ Birmingham office, as the firm expands its advice and investment management offering further across the Midlands.

The office will be shared between CBAM's advice team and CBAM investment managers and will open on 5 December 2022. The advice team will be led by managing director Midlands and South West Ben Staniforth, who joined the business in June this year. According to CBAM, the team will consist of more than a dozen individuals overall, with six financial planning advisers supported by client service executives and paraplanners.
