Two days in a row: CII's exam website problems continue

Advisers trying to access their exams on 27 July had to face technical issues on the Chartered Insurance Institute’s website (CII) for the second consecutive day.

Dan Williams, financial adviser at Morgan Williams & Co, told PA that candidates encountered a ‘server error' message when logging into the user area. He added that he expected those people to have issues attending their exams or receiving their results. The CII's red ‘important information' issued on its homepage said: "We are aware that some candidates may be experiencing issues with accessing their examination this morning. This is currently being investigated as a priority. We recommend continuing trying to accessing your exam whilst we are trying to resolve. "If you are unable...
