Former Nucleus CPO follows Ferguson to Seccl

Reuniting with CEO David Ferguson

Seccl has added to its senior team with the appointment of Kirsty Lynagh as chief people officer (CPO) and Farzana Khalil as chief customer officer (CCO).

Previously CPO at Nucleus Financial Group, Lynagh will join Seccl to design and execute a high-performance people strategy, effective from 6 June 2022, Seccl said. Her appointment comes on the heels of David Ferguson's appointment as CEO of Seccl in April. Ferguson founded and led Nucleus Group until its acquisition by James Hay's private equity parent company last September.  Khalil joined Seccl as head of customer in April 2022 having previously led proposition development at Multrees.
